TANDEMS recognised as a flagship example of Europe’s clean energy transition

The TANDEMS project has been selected as one of 28 standout initiatives featured in the European Commission’s new publication “Giving LIFE to Europe’s clean energy transition” — a recognition that highlights the project’s impact in accelerating citizen-driven energy solutions across Europe.

EnergyVille partners KU Leuven and VITO, Buildwise, Flanders Make and Sirris are joining forces in a strategic partnership. By connecting their research, infrastructure and networks more strongly, they aim to bring innovative solutions to the construction sector faster and thus contribute to faster, more affordable and future-proof renovations.

VITO/Energyville from Flanders (Belgium), DECHEMA e.V. from Germany have published the final report of the project 3C-VaCS (Trilateral Chemical Region – Value Chain Structures). The report analyses the current state of the chemical industry in the trilateral chemical region consisting of Flanders, the Netherlands, and North Rhine-Westphalia, and shows which steps can ensure competitiveness and climate neutrality, despite the energy crisis and cost pressure.
