demo pv everywhere

Energy Expedition!

During Energy Expedition, you hop on a bike and generate your own electricity. Then, through a game, you discover how EnergyVille researchers are developing new types of solar panels: ultra-light, strong or even slightly transparent. This means solar panels can be used in many more places than just rooftops.

Get on your bike, play and discover how solar panels work and what we can use them for!

racecircuit

From racetrack to electric race car

How do you build a race car powered by electricity? Discover the electric race car developed by the Formula Electric Belgium team and learn more about the technology behind this impressive vehicle. It’s not just about speed, but also smart engineering and innovation.

radioshelter

A radio shelter: communicating without the internet

No Wi-Fi, no internet. Can you still communicate? At the radio shelter, discover how radio technology makes communication possible without relying on the internet. Explore a technology that remains valuable even beyond our everyday digital world.

workshop

Build your own Joule thief!

A nearly empty battery doesn't have to be useless. During this workshop, you'll discover the Joule thief, an electronic circuit that can make use of small amounts of energy from a low voltage. Roll up your sleeves and find out how electronics work in practice.
