P4ELECS Co-Creation Days 2026
The P4ELECS Co-Creation Days bring together experts from industry, education, research and policy to accelerate the development of skills, training solutions and innovation ecosystems for the electrification and energy transition sectors.
Over four interactive days, participants will co-create learning pathways, develop educational building blocks, explore laboratory infrastructure, exchange best practices and shape the future of workforce development in electrification technologies.

Monday 5 October – Skills Ecosystem Co-Creation (stakeholder workshop, upon invitation only)
Location: Thor Park
A dedicated day focused on strengthening the Belgian electrification skills ecosystem.
Participants will map stakeholders, identify system-level challenges, uncover leverage points and co-create actionable solutions that support workforce development in the energy transition.
Main outcome: A roadmap with concrete actions and measurable impact for the Belgian electrification skills ecosystem.
Tuesday 6 October – Industry, Research & Education Collaboration
Location: T2 Campus
A collaborative workshop day focused on developing and governing P4ELECS learning pathways, educational building blocks and laboratory infrastructure.
Topics include:
- Skills needs analysis
- Quality assurance and governance
- Renewable energy (PV & Wind)
- Power electronics converters
- Laboratory assignments and practical skills
- Industry–education collaboration
Main outcome: Stronger partnerships and concrete plans for new learning modules and practical training environments.
Wednesday 7 October – Train-the-Trainer & Learning Innovation
Location: UCLL / T2 Campus
A hands-on day dedicated to trainers, educators and technical experts.
Participants will explore:
- Smart grids
- Electric vehicles and charging infrastructure
- VR, AR and simulation-based learning
- Laboratory tutorials and demonstrations
- Innovative teaching methodologies
- Main outcome: Communities of practice that take ownership of future training environments and educational innovation.
Thursday 8 October – Dissemination & Exploitation (consortium-only)
Location: EnergyVille
A strategic day for the consortium focused on ensuring the long-term impact and sustainability of P4ELECS results.
Topics include:
- Dissemination strategies
- Testing and validation campaigns
- Business models for training initiatives
- Collaboration frameworks
- Future exploitation opportunities
Main outcome: A shared roadmap for dissemination, exploitation and long-term sustainability.
