BIPV workshop – Make your building futureproof

EventEvenement

Join the EDIH-EBE BIPV Workshop on 5 December and discover the latest developments in Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV).

Please not that this event will be held in Dutch.

About this event

Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) promises to be a revolutionary change in both the building and energy sectors. By integrating solar panels into the structure of buildings, we can not only generate energy, but also combine architectural aesthetics with functionality. This opens the door to a wide range of possibilities for sustainable development, where buildings are no longer just passive structures, but active contributors to the energy supply.

This event will present key results from the BIPV4ALL project, which has developed innovative solutions to seamlessly integrate solar technologies into buildings. Whether you are interested in digital workflows, custom manufacturing or overcoming shading issues in BIPV modules, this workshop is an excellent opportunity to explore advanced PV technologies and discuss practical solutions with industry experts.

EDIH-EBE, the European digital innovation hub focused on energy in the built environment, will present its services to help companies use digital technologies to improve energy efficiency in building projects. You will also have the opportunity to network with industry peers, experience demos and submit your (innovation) questions in complete confidence, free of charge, during an expert panel, individually tailored to your company.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how BIPV developments can help your business and drive innovation in the construction and energy sectors! And take a look behind the scenes with the pioneering SOLTECH.

BIPV – Expert Panels – Get free expert advice
We offer bespoke Expert Panels for developers, architects, contractors and PV manufacturers. During these interactive sessions, our experts discuss your specific needs and challenges in integrating new PV technologies. We provide insight and advice on how digital modelling can be used to maximise the energy output of your projects. This helps you make informed decisions that increase the efficiency and sustainability of your investment.

As well as advice, we also offer to test your technologies using our test-before-invest approach. PV system manufacturers, material suppliers and technology companies can test their components and integrated systems under real-life conditions. Detailed field testing provides you with reliable data and insights that are essential for optimising your products before they reach the market.
